California State University East Bay

Braddock Center for Science and Innovation

Situated adjacent to the existing science buildings, the 22,165-square-foot science center will house five instruction spaces, four fully operational laboratories, and a student support space. The Center's construction is being funded through significant donations from Braddock Philanthropies and East Bay natives Robert Braddock and Cherie Keemar.

Goal

Invest in the future of our community by empowering generations of students to explore, discover, and pioneer solutions that will shape tomorrow’s world.

By funding and constructing this center we’re created an intentionally crafted space, both inside and out, that will house facilities and programs that students can gain in-demand, hands-on STEM skills and knowledge. We want to affirm the mission of Cal State East Bay and provide focused support in the fulfillment of their charter.
